Internap to add 15,000 square feet to Seattle data center

Internap Network Services has announced it will add 15,000 sellable square feet of capacity to its Seattle data center. The expansion will cost the company over $20 million.

GNAX’ new 10 GB IP connection

Colocation provider Internap has partnered with a dedicated server provider Global Net Access (GNAX). Internap will provide GNAX with a 10 GB IP connection, which will increase performance of the Gold Network in GNAX.

SoftLayer upgrades its network

Texas-based web hosting provider SoftLayer Technologies has announced upgrades to its network, which included enhanced network monitoring tools, free inbound bandwidth, Internap’s Flow Control Platform and a new 10G peering connection with Telefónica. Customers save money with the free inbound bandwidth since 20% of their average total bandwidth is inbound.
