I have been acquainted with Aplus for quite some time now and while it may not be known to many....It has a lot of nice features, fairly priced plans, and I have had no trouble with my site that is hosted with them. I have recommended this site to clients and I have had no complaints thus far...
What's the best way to deal with refunds? We have a lot of programming clients, and from time to time there are issues with a couple of them where we have done the work and have turned it over, then a couple days later they want money back.
Any suggestions?
I want to create a free account on my dedicated for clients that are just looking for something cheap "free", that I can advertise to clients. I would want to place one or two banner ads on the free account. Any suggestions?
