What to expect
Our normal business hours are from 9AM to 5PM ET Mon-Sat. This means that most correspondence will take place during those hours, and logo work will be done during those hours.
The process
We have had some trouble in the past when it had come to delivering logos to clients. We recognized the problem, and completely streamlined the process to ensure that these issues do not arise again. Once you order, you will receive a slot number. Basically, this is the number you are in line.
We put a lot of effort into making a professional logo that you can be proud to use as your business identity, and as such some logos take longer than others to complete. If your logo falls into this category, it is assigned to a second in-house designer, so that the rest of the list is not placed on hold.
Once a mockup is completed, it will be sent to you for approval. If it is approved, we will begin the process of creating a vector version of that logo (if you ordered vector service), and then all sources will be sent to you.
