I have a site for sale that is making over $130 a month in google adsense. I want serious people only. I have had multiple ask me for more information and then say no. It has had over 4000 uniques in its 1 month and 7 days open. The traffic is legit, so is the adsense. That is where everyone is saying they dont want to continue to purchase the site.
