LaurenStephens.com of Minneapolis, Minnesota is looking for web design and programming "partners".
What will this get you? You will be featured on our site with a brief bio and photo (b/w) 80x80, with a link to your screenshot portfolio. You will be listed as one of our design or development partners.
When someone selects your work, you will be "hired" by us to perform the work. You will be paid by us. We will, of course negotiate all prices and project manage the project.
The clients will not contact you directly, they will deal with us. We will deal with you.
We are not a cheap web design company and we do not take on every project offered to us. Our website gets a lot of traffic and with your help, we will be expanding our services offerings as well as project completion timelines.
Right now, we have two sales people, one lead designer, one lead developer, one jr designer and two coders. We are specifically looking for people with incredible and ESTABLISHED skills as well as a professional attitude. You must be reliable. All work will be performed VIA contract. All partners must be located in the US for legal purposes and enforcement.
Communications will mainly be by AIM and/or email and occassionaly via telephone.
Areas of particular interest to us are:
graphics (occassional need)
database (MySql) programmers
framework and template designers for our CMS
commissioned sales people (20% commission)
(and other skills as well)
All partners will work remotely. This is not an offer of employment. You must submit a W-9 form and you will be 1099'd at year end. Payments will be made by LaurenStephens.com usually by Paypal or by cashiers check at project completion (or sooner if it is an ongoing project).
There is absolutely no guarantee that there will be any work forthcoming, you know how the business can be, but we do have a lot of traffic and many CURRENT clients (almost 200!!)
Please email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
with a brief background on yourself and a link to at least FIVE completed projects that you did. No attachments please. A resume would be helpful. We will go over it and get back to anyone who we feel is a good fit for our company. We will then forward the initial paperwork to you and then contact you when a project that fits your skills is available.
On our website it will list an 80x80 b/w photo of you, your first name, your skill sets and some screenshots of some of your work.
I really appreciate your time!
