InstaMail Now a Free Licensed Product
Late last evening, following a decision made between Operations Manager Nick Hudson and Lead Developer Nick Hajal, InstaMail has been released as a free licensed product. This now means that all InstaMail licenses will be released at no charge! This decision was reached after a discussion about the product's future, in which the decision was made to release the product as free. Many users praised InstaMail for it's great product capabilities and support services, but simply could not afford it, even at the $9.95 pricing. Thus, we have release it as FREE in hopes to stimulate the market of our product.

Each license is valid for a single domain installation. Each additional installation requires a seperate free license from TwistedPHP. While we encourage the free use of our product, you may not redistribute or transfer your license to any other person. You are encouraged to refer people to obtain their own license. Any person found to be redistributing InstaMail will have their license revoked. All technical support is given via our helpdesk at http://support.twistedphp.com. Bug reports and/or feature requests are not to be submitted on the helpdesk, but should be directed to the Bug Tracker at http://bugs.twistedphp.com. Support business hours are 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday thru Friday. Submitted tickets are subject to a 24 business hour (3 day) SLA response time. Most tickets are answered sooner. Abuse of our staff or helpdesk system will not be tolerated and will be grounds for license revocation and banishment from the helpdesk.
