Q: Why don't you accept PayPal?
A: We are experiencing some problems with PayPal at this time. We do not plan to accept PayPal anytime in the future. We do not find PayPal to be a reliable, stable payment processor to collect our payments. We accept Credit Card via 2Checkout and mail in check or money order only.
Q: I used to own a license to InstaMail before you sold it. Now I see you bought it back! How do I get my license reactivated?
A: Since your support and upgrade period has probably already expired, please simply purchase a new license key for the $4.95. This will get you 3 months of additional updates/support. Of course, if you believe you should be exempted from this, please contact billing[at]twistedphp.com with your transaction ID and we can work something out.
Q: Do you have a demo version available?
A: We do not currently have a demo or screenshots of the script available. However, we plan to have one available for use in the near future. If you would like to try InstaMail before buying, please download the free trial version.
