When a tech views the ticket they can click on the client name or server name and a seperate window will open with the information for that item. Each ticket allows for a tech to enter the total amount of time spent on the ticket, which is excellant for billing. Detailed stats show you information such as which techs are closing tickets, how many tickets a particular client opened or even how many tickets for a specific machine. This allows for you to troubleshoot problems before they happen.
Server Monitoring
This will monitor 5 ports on a server and if so many fail for so long then it will send an e-mail to whomever is on the notify list that the device is down. Another nice feature is notify client which will notify the client when something, such as HTTP or FTP, fails.

Similar to MRTG, RTG polls devices for information and then displays graphs based on that information. The main difference is that RTG uses a MySQL database. These devices can be switchs, routers or even servers. With this integration, clients can login and see exactly how much each of their servers is doing. Billing Program
A basic billing program will be included with V2.5.0. It will allow for a wide variety of features and will allow for the later integration of automatic bandwidth overage billing.
