I wouldn't go with someone that comes onto forums and just makes one post to advertise...
That isn't the kind of company ethnics that I like and it puts me off people/companies
 
Um, huh? I do good work, I'll give you refereces, but I can't see how it's an ethical consideration.

Now, you could say I should "earn" trust before posting, fine. But calling me an unethical person/company for posting an ad? I'm sorry I need to make a living. If that's so bad, vote for John Kerry so he can increase the welfare state.
