Seeing a provider on your top ten list that I know has had massive problems in the last six months makes me wonder how much of a factor customer support plays into your review. My perception ... NOT much.
The typography and grammar on the site are less than professional .. spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, spacing ... the works.
The site definitely has potential, but I wouldn't use it in it's present state for genuine reviews. Sorry.
