We offer website/server monitoring. If it has an IP, port and is connected to the Internet then we can monitor it! You have the ability to set any port you wish. That means any type of service you have can be monitored, whether it's cpanel, apache, or a specialised service we can monitor it.
We offer monitoring cycles from 5 minutes. If your host is down then your site will be rechecked from a different location to prevent false notices dues to slowness or the data center. If it still happens to be down, we will then alert you of the problem.
You have different ways to be alerted. You are able to create groups to make sure each group member is notified. We offer the option for you to be alerted by email or an SMS message direct to your mobile phone or any other SMS device.
We also offer you a simple link so that you can show your customers the real time status of your site or servers. This is useful if you are a web host and want to offer your members this security. You could even customise the page to look like your own website.
This 'friendly' status page is useful is you're at your desk but what about when you're travelling? We also give you a link so that you can see the real time status of your hosts from any WAP enabled device.
All the configuration of your account is done through the easy to use control panel with a web login.
