After a long development period, ZSupport is finaly ready for release. It is easier to check the demo than read this. It includes many advanced features such as:

- multi-staff/department livechat
- multi-staff/department ticketing system
- advanced email piping system which does not rely on PHP IMAP functions (this means you do not have to recompile PHP with IMAP)
- client feedback system
- advanced logging
- staff permissions (each function in the script is assigned to a permission, and each staff member has a permission set defined by the admins)
- the script is 100% templatable and customizable

Each user has a control panel in which he can manage his licenses, change his profile, and purchase new licenses. Currently we are offering a per 30day fee (12$/30days), or a one time fee (200$).
