designer needed for some banners

Hi folks,

From time to time we get overloaded with work and our own site goes a little behind because we don't have time to work on graphics etc. I'm looking to purchase a set of banners, or someone that wants to work on a few projects doing a handful of banners and graphics for us.

Anyone interested in making some banners? One banner in particular is the banner on our main page at http://www.handsonwebhosting.com - this should be rotating out with different season specials, but has remained stagnent for the past 2 months due to workload.

We are not looking for someone to redesign pages, we are looking for someone to be creative with a few banners including standard sizes of 125x125, 468x60 and others.

whihc type shaped or tarspante?

Not looking to hire a design team, I'm looking to hire an individual to create a few banners. As far as budget, that depends greatly on quality. I pay for quality, not quantity.

I can easily go to a number of sites like 20dollarbanner and get just that, and have 5 different banners completed within 24 hours, but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a freelancer to complete a few graphics and run with a concept.

Having been in the web design field for 15 years and the print field for 20, I do have access to designers, however this mini project is geared at an individual looking to pick up some extra money, and not necessary cheap either.

As stated in the original post, I'm not looking for a web designer or content creation, I'm looking strictly at banner creation.

For example - here's a banner I need:
960x200 pixels - Fall theme (includes hosting special
960x200 pixels - announcement of US & UK servers (with special)

As you can see, these are fairly generic. I do not have time to baby sit a designer other than a brief concept discussion, round 1 of approve/disaprove and a review final product.

This project should only be undertaken by a self motivated individual who has created banner graphics in the past.
