Willing to pay for people to sign up and post and get these 4 forums listed in as many directories as possible.

The goal is to get a critical mass of users, traffic and posts so the forum can begin to take off.
Indeed that is the hardest challenge, taking a new forum and getting it from zero to critical mass.
1. Looking for moderators on all the 4 forums above especially the low traffic ones like searchengineforum and domaindiscussion.org, to respond to peoples questions, post articles, keep the forum interesting. Post lots of quality content and information
2. get the forums listed in directories and submit the forums to search engines. Put the forums in your sig files on other forums. Get the forums linked to from other websites. promote promote promote.
