For the next week, Techni Host is offering our brand new and very unique GHWH program. What does this mean you may ask? GHWH stands for Get Help Without Hosting. What this program does is offer people that we currently do not provide services for, the chance to get help with there web hosting account. Even if we do not host you! Lets say you get web hosting from www.fakewebhost.com and they are not providing you the customer support that you need. Simply submit a ticket to our ticket system, or ask for live chat and we will help you! There are some limitations that we cannot work around such as, we do not and cannot get access to your hosts server. We can only access as much information as you can. So if your current host offers good services, but support that you can do without, let us help you out! Free of charge! Open a ticket or chat today, and we will do our best to assist you!

Note: When submitting a ticket please include that you are asking for our Get Help Without Hosting Program (GHWH)

We are doing this as a luxury service, because we believe that customers should be able to receive the help they need, in order to sleep at night knowing that there is someone there to stand behind them.

BY THE WAY, THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FOR ASSISTANCE

I believe this is in the wrong section. But, Interesting service. I would like for you to update this thread 2-3 months from now and let us know how it went.

We was only thinking about running it for a week to show our support services to customers but we may just run it continuously to help people whom need assistance but can't get assistance from there host.

Sounds like a good strategy, but how will other hosts feel about it though? Might not like another host giving their clients help lol

May be it will be better if you post it to "Shared & Reseller Hosting Special Offers" section.

This features seems to be new in web hosting industry. Best wishes for you. i hope you can successfully implement this. just a friendly suggestion, your existing client should be get first priority to get support. otherwise your existing client will be unhappy.

- Rejuan :)

I cannot move it rej1, so far it is going pretty well. Existing clients will always get priority help.

@romes - If there clients are coming to us for help, they don't care about them in the first place. If they did then they wouldn't have to outsource for support.

lol very true edwart! This might gain you a lot of good attention and a lot of clients. Can't wait to get an update on this down the line.
