I once owned a vB license.
But now i'm a IPB user and i have these 3 quality vB skins from extremepixels.
As for permission/license for selling these skins - I have checked and received permission from pank the owner of extremepixels to sell them once. The following is his reply to my inquiry.

Sure. You may only sell them once to one person. But that is fine. Once you do sell them you need to send me the new persons information (email, name, etc.) so I can alter your account. That way they can have the free updates and support up until 06/01/2005 which is your 1 year mark. Please let them know that they will only have access to the files and support until that date above. After that they may still use the skin forever, but will not have free access to updates or support. Thanks.
