Looking to acquire UK based CPanel hosting companies

We are expanding our cPanel hosting arena as well as growing the business through client and company acquisitions, and are looking to purchase hosting clients or hosting companies, preferably UK based.
If you are looking to get out of the hosting business, looking to offload your customers, or take your company in a different direction, we can help you by offering "top dollar" for your business or clients.
Ideally looking for companies with CPanel clients numbering 10 to 2000.
We don’t specifically need any billing software or servers as we have all this already, however all companies will be seriously considered.

number of customers
plans used by each customer inc hdd/bw limits , prices etc
payment method (annual, monthly) c/card, paypal, check etc
when payments are next due
server specifications
assets included in the sale (s/ware&hardware)
timescale you 're looking at for the disposal
any expected price you initially have in mind
