This is just an update on IntelloDesk. The script is still RC.... with no documentation as yet.

Not true. IntelloDesk is in fact in RC. However, we absolutely do provide documentation: http://docs.avidinteractive.com

This url is also provided in the client area, plus our own support center includes a complete knowledgebase.

We have absolutely never had anyone ask us how to actually "use" the software, as it is pretty straight forward, thus we have never created documentation on it's actual use, but we have provided documentation on the installation.
