First Stage To Finality Successful Promotion Strategy

Any promotion strategy depends on columns .. we will abridge them in the questions below :

1- How to be found ?
2- How to be trusted ?

Therefore we can call the two previous questions "Reputation Management" and classify it to two questions :

1- Have you Googled your business lately ? ( How to be found ) .
2- Do customers trust you ? ( How to be trusted ) .

Information overload has become a serious problem. We are bombarded with too much data and find ourselves with too many choices.

With the rise of the internet and broadband connections, customers have now turned to the net to help them research their lives and make informed decisions. If you can't be found, you lose customers. But attaining a top position when people search for your product is not enough.

Our aim is to create such a cloud of goodwill round your business, gathered from a host of different sources and using a variety of different methods to tell your story, that it will create a genuine impact on your brand's performance.

We recommend to have "Word Of Mouth" Team .

Word of mouth used to be just that, shared over the garden fence, in the street or on the telephone, thanks to new personal publishing tools and internationally networked markets, word of mouth has gone global and it is a smart company that taps into its capabilities to build consumer trust.

After this stage I will be always here to start the next stage ..
 
:uhh: Basem, I am not completely sure who this recommendation should be targetting.. Us at HD?
 
In the beginning I was completely sure that you will be the 1st who reply .. Anyway I think there is nothin' false in my humble words and I think you are agreed with them,everyword ,aren't you ?!

However this recommendations to whom it may concern .. Not HD itself .

Your recommendations make little sense as far as I can see.
You posted a link to this thread suggesting that these were your thoughts on HD and yet they seem to have nothing to do with HD.
In fact, in your 5 posts so far nothing has seemed to make any sense.

Do you think you could finally clarify for us what you are talking about?
 
Of course I can Sir but my job here is limited .. Recommendations not steps to work .. Anyway .. what I hint at to form a team that will depend on word of mouth promoting no thing else

Ummm .. let me guess you don't know what exactly word of mouth promoting mean ? ..

kay, 1st you have to get somebody have an effective communication,negotiation skills and able to prevail everyone upon his ideas then he has penal servitude :

1- he has to create such a cloud of goodwill round HD business, gathered from a host of different sources .

2- And using a variety of different methods to tell HD story,roles,characteristic that it will create a genuine impact on your brand's performance.

3- He has to operating a CRM programme collecting all about HD customers attempting to pull out customers satisfaction .

4- Keep in touch with HD customers to reach in the end to what we intend to from the beginning and either called "Costomers Loyalty " .

- ( Do not ask "How" therefor he was found ) .

I know exactly what word of mouth advertising means.
What I don't know is what you are claiming to offer.

Perhaps English is not your first language but your posts don't seem to make a lot of sense.
You claimed that this particular thread was for HD and yet you haven't really said anything at all.
 
I think what you want me to say " GO and advertise in (S) website and then you will get more and more clients " I'm sure this is a perfect way to promote but actually this way is short-range and how quickly not to cease or stop doing it's effect continue .

I know what I intend to do will take a long time to get feedback but this action will stay in souls as long as possible .

By the way our discussion is not a disagreement point .. so calm down .. I know what you are and I appreciate that .
 
I don't "want" you to say anything other than to justify your position.
It's easy to say "word of mouth" is the way to go but where does the word of mouth come from?
If I have no clients I have no source of word of mouth.
What most people want to know is how to gain those initial clients to generate that word of mouth.

Unfortunately I do not recognize that in your post that followed. If you can prove me wrong, I would most certainly move the recommended marketing suggestions to "HD Announcements, Help and Feedback" forum.

Well you are right .. But actually HD have a considerable numbers of Clients .. If not I suggest to begin a new affiliates programme .. I think paying monthly for every 100 sign up will be active .. and other traditional ways to advertise just as banner exchange,publishing tools,..,etc .

You can use too : 1- Toll Free .
2- featured hosting links .
3- specification parts sponsored by HD staff to trade with hosting company clients, Pay or Refer to us to get this advantage .
4- offering a hosting Demonstration in HD HelpDesk .
5- NewsLetter Subscription,reward persons who will subscrip to our NesLetter .

Actually, I was just looking for what he thought of HostingDiscussion. The normal what I like about it, dislike, suggestions, etc. :rolleyes:
 
O.k everybody .. Artashes let's talk about the Affiliate programme .. we have to get an Affiliate software and then you have to announce that HD will pay to everyone can get more members . The more you get the more you make .. 1 cent for every sign up for example every one want to participate have to sign up to HD affiliate programme .. he will have his own account that count how many members he got .. payment will be a monthly payouts via check .. in this case 100 member will only cost HD 1 USD ..

2- mailing lists .. we have to get more an more subscribers. In this case we have to seduce the subscribers , provide with a free service in return for there their subscription ,I suggest something related to hosting demo tutorials will be sufficient and then we will have a great mailing lists .

In that case some members might abuse the system and attract all kinds of meaningless registrations who will never actually participate. No business likes to pay a commission for a client that does not buy anything.
