Hi guys,
I have some confusion about the basic concept and format of deep links. Let me elaborate my question. I have one website, say, and abc, jkl, pqr are the main products/categories of my business.
So can I put deep links like, or I should put it like, I want to know about this from SEO/Google point of view that what kind of effect both will put on my domain.
Hope to get the replies very soon...

No worries in subdomains or subfolders harming your rankings. There is an ongoing discussion about which one might be better though. It seems that the Google algorithms have different metrics for domains and subdomains. Which is why it might be a slightly better idea to use subfolders ( ) instead of subdomains ( ). A few months ago MOZ did an experiment and moved their Beginners Guide from a subdomain to a subfolder and actually experienced a good rise in rankings. Just some things to consider, but either ways would not hurt you.

Sub-folders helps in keyword ranking. Subdomains wont!.
