Datacenter
As a leading internet service provider, the main priority is the housing facility for our servers. Our hardware is hosted offshore in various data centers, including TELEHOUSE (Hong Kong), Equinix (Hong Kong, Bulgaria), DataGroup (Ukraine), Greenhouse (Netherlands), IP Volume (Netherlands), Serverius (Netherlands), UTS (Curaçao), DataPro (Russia), IP Host (Moldova), PRQ (Sweden), Redstation (United Kingdom), and Telehouse (Singapore). Our data center uses UPS systems that can provide approximately 10 minutes of power to the data center when it is in full operation. In the meantime, the emergency generators will start automatically and will be able to provide the data center with power.
Our servers are connected to fiber-optic infrastructures. In case of any issues with our energy suppliers' grid, we have multiple backup generators available, ensuring a 99.99% uptime guarantee for our core network. By hosting your site in a secure offshore jurisdiction, you reduce the risk of your website's hard work being destroyed overnight.
