This is Jonathan from DET.io, we've been heavily developing a Cloud Management Platform called VirtEngine the last two years for the hosting market (and also private cloud use!) so that companies can have their own DigitalOcean style panel with hourly billing, one-click applications, docker containers - and our integrated Platform as a Service system that allows users to custom applications in a few clicks.
Our platform is Open Source for building Private Clouds, as we believe in giving back to the community.
Our goal is to allow anyone to build their own Private or Public cloud in minutes, and are currently working on our next release which will feature an Automated Launcher.
