At those prices they either oversell or run terrible low quality servers. Probably overselling, which, if managed, isn't a bad thing. Look out for some reviews and submit a few sales questions to test support speed.

They're overselling by a good bit, but that seems to be the trend these days! The free ClientExec is a nice addon though!

Why dont you consider an ICANN approved registrar? They will obviously have better support, more stable systems and cheaper services.

Good point. They've been around a while, and that's a good sign. Personally, I think it's about $5 too much for what you're getting.
