I think HostGator is pretty good and reliable source. I see many positive reviews from them.

Many resellers are overselling their servers.

This discussion will never end even though initiated many months back, some one here can list reason of that as well.
However, you may like to have look at http://www.247-host.com/reseller.html
To me they have been pretty attractive.

Actually I see a 404 error: "The requested URL was not found on this server" with two banners on the page.

May I ask what sense do you say they have been attractive to you in? Is it based on your personal experience with the company?

I have been their reseller some years back till I started with own dedicated server.
Just saw this discussion on this forum which was initiated some months back meaning the one initiated it might have already got his host, if he meant to find one.
It reminded my of my reseller days and time with 247-host. They work with low cost at which its obviously hard to maintain standards, yet they were decent compared to many high cost hosting providers, I worked with.

And not only resellers. Companies allow their resellers oversell. That is not very good point.

My company employed Webair for these services. They were good, but I've also read that hostgator is good. I guess it really just depends on what the specs are that you want. I would especially pay attention to the amount of support they provide, as others have noted as well.

If you are interested in Webair, send me a message. Their site is: http://www.webair.com

Best of luck!

Being a domain registrar, *********.com provides nice reseller services. Their Multiple Domain Linux Reseller Hosting give many advantages for their clients: 2 months free with annual plans, free domain name with every package, 10% off for extra domains registration and many more.
Plus their in-house support.

I like Site5. Started with them in Jan 2006, no server issues, not a single support ticket.

247-Host definitely has better pricing, though. I've been with them since Oct 2007. Only had one problem with the server being down. They responded within 10 minutes and had me back up and running right away.
