Hello,

It depends on the used technologies, if your customers use ASP.NET you should resell Windows. IMHO it will be much better to be specialized than reseller both Linux and Windows.

Regards

Most people prefer Linux but to appeal to everyone, it's best if you have both Windows and Linux.

Though I think Windows is mostly used by business and corporations but I'm not sure.

If you are looking at business point of view, then Both hosting will create double benefit for your business, while your clients can get Windows as well as Linux both on the same place, they will not go anywhere for at least, when thinking to change hosting platform.

I stick to linux hosting only when I can. Windows is a burdon more then a profit at times. Customers usually want a cheaper price and with licensing it is hard to do that with windows licenses and overhead.

Linux is good as is Windows, you also have to take into consideration what it is you intend to do with it all. Windows often runs into additional expense as licensed software is required for the most part. There are good reasons to choose either but often Linux is preferred due to being least expensive and having nice options as well.

Of course you say linux, but if you would like to resell windows what move you to start reselling windows web hosting services?
Many thanks for you

Cheers
Windows is only valuable as a niche. It is more pain in your ace that it is worth.

I sold both at one point and found Linux outsold Win hosting 5-6 to 1 or so. Not worth it, IMHO.

Both have their own importance but that depends on you that you are good in which one. No doubt Linux is easy but if you are good to manage windows then its also good. If you are looking for shared hosting then I can suggest <<URL snipped>>

I would always say Lunix. It is the first kind that I messed with and I learned all about it.
