Ouch - 90% is not even in the ballpark!!!
Having never worked with Hostgator myself, I'm curious to know if either of you have had your sites suspended with them for excessive resource usage? Do you know what their procedure is if you use up too much CPU or Memory? Do they just turn off the site, or do they give you a heads up before disabling the site? Do they have any recourse once you're suspended (like moving you to a different server, upgrading your package etc etc). I know our own policies, and every hosting company is different, but was just curious to see how Hostgator operate in that manner.
Glad to hear all is going well for you with the host! They're certainly not as big as they are by providing bad service and bad products all the time.
