Have any of you gotten to the point where you have to outsource your hosting businesses' support? If so how much do you spend on that on a monthly basis?

We used to outsource part of our support to somebody, as he was specialised in the area, but we are considering revisiting the entire area again now.
My main concern with any kind of outsourcing is quality.
We pride ourselves on offering clients a very high level of technical support and service, so we need to be able to ensure that anybody who works with us, even on a contract basis, is able to fulfill those criteria.

I know that there are companies that specialise in offering support, but I would love to hear from a professional company that had used them.
Frattay22 - Agreed. In our case we outsourced support for java users to a 3rd party and it worked out really well.
