It's not bad software i used it for a while then i switched to a different software because i was offered something better.

I dropped it when my PCI Compliance scan failed due to its scripts. It only takes one of those to make me chuck software.

So far we never use livezilla, but i think someday we'll use it there's a lot of good recommendation made by our customer and friends

We currently use LiveZilla on our site. I will say its a great piece of software that's free and better then most paid Chat systems. However, LiveZilla is not the best out there of course and does lack many things and has its flaws like all free and paid software.

So if you can deal with the lil things like only PC and other things its a great piece of software and I recommend it to anyone.

We were previously, using, it but I can tell you its nothing like as good as Kayako LiveResponse.

But LiveZilla is the best for Free!

LiveZilla is excellent. Only downside is that operators must all be using windows systems, but this is not a problem for me so far. Customers seem to like it as well.

Livezilla is a very good choise because it's free. But I also use zopim and like it very much.

If you have Livezilla and you hire someone to staff it when you are not there, do they need to have access to your whmcs?

@greatscott, no, not really. You can use LiveZilla even if you didn't give admin permissions to your WHMCS, since they work independently. Although, you have to give the admin account on LiveZilla because you can't create another admin account.

Overall, its a great piece of software.
