We've used LZ in the past, but we you Zopim now as we prefer the interface.

Pays your money and takes your choice I guess

We have used livezilla in the past it is a nice little support system although we have now moved to Zopim due its simplicity. I guess you pay for what you get.

I like LiveZilla but miss the geotracking feature since its no longer a free part of the software. Plus they could really do well getting an app for IOS

LiveZilla is great. I love the desktop app so you don't have to keep an extra IE window ope while its running!

livezila is not the only one with a desktop APP. their are MANY cheapers ones out their

yes i moved to the WHMCS live chat addon and i like it, my clients like it apart from they cant send images/screenshots through chat

It seems Livezilla lost a good bit of its attraction once its fees shot up substantially.

We wish we could use livezilla. It does exactly what we need but we have a microsoftban here in the office. We run linux servers, use apple workstations, macbooks and iphones. Guess livezilla is out of the question..
