I am in need of a free live support feature that isn't rubbish however needs to have some good features. I know I won't be able to get alot for free however they are too expensive for now, will definetly consider it soon. Thanks

You definately want to look into help center live. Its FREE and you get support trouble tickets, FAQ, live chat, and other stuff. Its very usefull and my customers seem to like it.

For the reason of the user being banned and not being able to view responses, I'm closing this thread, which is also pretty old.

This is a good topic. If anyone wants to make suggestions/recommendations regarding Live Support products, there is always a chance to start new discussions.
