Hello Folks,
We're running a Web Hosting Business but not getting user sign ups as per expectation. So we're thinking that we should add some more Add-ons in our Web Hosting Services. Can you guyz please mention some Add-ons you look for while purchasing a Shared Web Hosting service? It'll help us a lot.
Thanks

Perhaps try offering:
SSL Certificates
Domain Registration
Spam Protection
Possibly software licenses (cPanel, Softaculous, etc.).

Email Hosting
Online SMS service
One click installer of popular CMSs like WordPress, Joomla using Installatron/Softaculous software in cPanel.

And are you having visitors? Have you checked the traffic your website receives? Many times is more about "promotion" and not about "the offer" imo.

Some things that have drawn people in is free ssl certs (now easily available from lets encrypt or cpanel comodo). One click installers such as Softaculous and even web site builders help. Many clients are not sure what they are doing so having these options available does help.

The biggest one by far is just having a simple way to install CMS. WordPress is our majority of hosting customers.

To attract new clients to your web hosting business you should offer some good stuff like: Free Domain Name, Free SSL Certificate, Website Builder, DDOS Protection, Firewall and Email Spam Control. These should be included free in your packages and what you can offer extra: Premium SSL Certificates, Weebly Builder, Management of their Sites etc. All of this would make you even or even or better with your competitors. I hope this helps and good luck with your business.

A lot is to do with traffic and promotion, we had a dry spot in February-March, as we had reduced our advertising activity.

Our servers are "fully loaded" with features so I don't think it's necessarily a feature thing.
