The best place to sell hosting IMO would be web hosting related forums. Many forums have offers and advertisement sections where you can advertise or offer your plans. Also you can add your site's URL and a line or two about the services you offer in the forum signature.

best way would be too use adwords i feel because 6 million people a day use google and quite a percentage will use it too find hosting also advertise on seo...web design etc sites

lol yeh sitepoint marketplace works well i have earned many customers from here many times i would advice you try premium listing its worth it

I'm surprised no one suggested Pay-Per-Click advertising. They have worked well with other companies that I have been affiliated with.
