Coffee, Tea, Soda, Smoothie, how do you start your day?

I used to love Diet Coke first thing but I have my doubts about aspartime. So I changed to Ice Latte and got a few extra pounds I don't need. Now I do green tea but it does not make the morning great at the least. Tried smoothies, water, juice, but still looking for the Holy Grail of morning drinks.

Any thoughts?
 
Depends on the day. If I feel tired, drowsy or not in the mood to do anything: Aeropress coffee. Regular, with regular sugar.

If I'm chipper, happy, cheerful: Regular, steeped tea.

Then, through the rest of the day: water.. Less than I'm supposed to drink, but I'm trying.
 
I start out every day with four cups of decaf coffee - Folger's Simply Smooth. I then start drinking water.
