cPanel is currently looking for level 2 techs:
Duties of this position include providing advanced technical support to our customers and lower-level support staff. Fluency with UNIX, WHM/cPanel and their component systems as well as previous tech support experience are required. You must live in or be willing to relocate to Houston Texas to be considered for this position.

Yes, I do work for cPanel. I've been with cPanel for 4 years now. I've been a bit more "behind the scenes" in the past year or so though. I have the same nick on forums.cpanel.net.
