Dinix and WHP Lawsuit

Just received this via can't tell you. It seems like Dinix was bought by WHP and WHP jumped ship with their hardware with a two day notice that they are moving from GA to NJ to their own data center. This has upseted a few customers. If you were in any way infected please visit dinixclassaction.com Looks like this one can get nasty. Mr. gold who is associated with WHP is an arrogant guy who thinks he is worth millions, but in all reality about to get hit with a nice class action suit ENJOY

Thanks for the information frattay. All I can say is another another greedy hosting company bites the dust. I guess they will get what is coming to them. This means more business for us so I could care less. Thanks Dinix for messing up!
