If your website matters and you need to keep it online at all times, you should consider a paid service. Free website definitely comes with its own disadvantages like - security issues, limited resources, upgrade options being costly, website ads, limited softwares installed on their servers, support is usually only through forums or emails, etc.

Honestly, Free Hosting are reliable but clients of Free Hosting are not reliable. Most of will use it for illegal purpose.

Understand concept of free hosting providers:
Free things attract abusers. Its really hard to earn profit by free hosting, Most of can only conduct business with profit for long time by selling your personal data like email, name, phone number, etc.

what if they're agree to provide all this things in a free web hosting.

You cannot buy any valuable service free in this world. So, companies selling free hosting will have extreme limitations otherwise they would not be able to provide free service after paying for hardware and license cost.

Well as you can see the replies on this thread, not many people are in favor of free hosting. No hosting company will offer server space free of cost when they're actually putting a lot of money to buy the server. So you should actually check a lot of things with them before you take the free plan.

I would also recommend not going for free hosting.
In the past I used free hosting from different providers, and never ever had a problem-free experience on any of them.

Anyways, you can find web hosting for pretty cheap (sometimes near to free) prices nowadays, fortunately, so going free doesn't really worths it.
