Google PR DOWN!?!

28 May, 2005 - Update: Google.com have stoped their pagerank service today, and ALL the sites have ZERO rank now. We do not know if this is a temporary problem, but we hope it is, and we hope they will resolve this issue in several days, we'll post an update when it is available.

Is there an article explaining the problem? I sure hope they don't do away with the PR system! That is one of the rumors floating around currently.

its an intresting subject what would seo comapanies webmasters etc do without the idea of the pagerank and if it vanished all the hard work would go waste imagine page rank being demolished and new innovation being brought out by google!!

I think if google dropped public access to the pagrank tool then spammers would find it alot harder to spam the SERPS with affiliate sites etc...

imo
