This is an actual support ticket I received. I think its funny that this person put this. So my wife replied accordingly

Now what i find funny is this. The person did not have enough GUTS to leave theyre real contact details. Which means they must be scared of something.

What in the world? Why would you let your wife reply on your companies support tickets (unless she is part of the business?)? To me it not only makes you look unprofessional to take the time to even bother with this, but replying to this is a waste of your own time (move on to other customer tickets and don't bother with childish ones ).
