Hanging DNS

Has anyone else experience hanging DNS on some TLD's recently? Whilst making domain changes, the new information is showing up on the WHOIS, yet for a week the traceroutes (even from online and remote sources) still direct visitors to the old location.

Does anyone know if there is a glitch on any of the major DNS servers?

j.root-servers.net has been slow to respond to dns lookups as of late. Aside from that, I haven't seen anything abnormal going on.

Hello,

Check the domain registration and also the name servers of the domain whether they are working properly. check that the name servers are propogating properly so that the domain is propogates without having any problems.
