I believe this is a realitivly new feature. We just started to use it at URLHost so I can not say good or bad yet. But it seems to be a good idea, as it allows resellers to get a bit more interactive with thier customers. I guess time will tell on this, but the way I see it, it is a good thing to start to look into. You never know what the next "Big Thing" in this industry will be. Best wishes!
