I wouldnt complain. I think the first person to take up the offer wont complain either. That top spot got 45000 impressions last month I believe and every single one of them will go to the first person who signs up (although page views are slightly down this month).... of course if a second person signs up then it will be 20K each and will keep lowering and lowering till 3000 - 4000 impressions per banner. So the earlier people order the mose impressions they get.
