We are looking for International Based devotecare Representatives preferably from the United States or Australia to help support our clients and their needs. Working with our devotecare Manager, and working alongside your fellow representatives, you'll never be alone.

Required Skills:
- Experience in a hosting support environment
- Good knowledge of WHMCS Administration
- Good knowledge of Kayako LiveResponse
- Good knowledge of cPanel and Web Host Manager
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent punctuation, spelling and grammar
Additional Skills:
These skills aren't required, but the more you have, the better.
- Coding language knowledge
- Additional fluent languages
- Experience with servers, MySQL, Apache, Ruby on Rails etc.
