Hostgator review & hostgator coupon sites need your review

I have a very new website, http://www.hostgator-hosting-review.com/
promoting hostgator hosting plan. All I have in mind is to have this site top rank in search engine, beside giving a nice layout. I still cant find a good combination, so it bring me here.

1. I want to keep the H1 header "Hostgator review & hostgator coupon".
2. I want to keep the all four "hostgator coupons" code in the middle of page.
3. I want to keep the RED look & feel.

previously i have another site hostgator-free-coupon.com which look better, but not ranked well. so this time, i want a site that can ranked well instead.

I know the new site not look good. How can i make the site arrangement/design look better??

I feel that the page is somewhat too long. I rather have things closer togethor, than have to scroll down a lot. It might be better or easier, if you create 2 nav bars. That way you can move a lot of information in them and at the same time, keep content in the center of the page.

Being we compete with host gator directly, Trexhost.com, I would still have to say you have a nice concept there
