How do you deal with food poisoning?

I recently got food poisoning from some dumb bananas and I want to know how you all H.D. members go around getting about food poisoning. (Do you all take medicine, make tea, rest or ......)

I don't remember the last time I got food poisoning. My stomach is well trained.

I would suggest taking some medicine - call your doctor. Hope you feel better soon.

I had to drink Gatorade for 2days and that seemed to help, a banana got me sick .
