We have been doing dedicated servers for awhile now and looking t inprove on what we have. Looking for input on the following if they are a plus in what a customer would look at compared to not having it

1) Toll Free number for sales and support
2) Land line via a cell number
3) Office space in the datacenter
4) 24/7 e-mail support via Phone support
5) Paid for phone support

This is all i can think of off the top of my head right now
 
What do:

2) Land line via a cell number

and

4) 24/7 e-mail support via Phone support

mean? The wording is kind of confusing.
 
For the second one I assume you VoIP Redirect, and the 4th one doesn't make sense. Do you mean 24/7 Support via Phone?

Those are important ones.
