Increase partition size

In a server, the partition is too small.
How to increase the size of this partition while active account are on the server?

Also, which partition is it if Linux - /usr, /tmp, /root ?

Why can't you just mount more drives for a second home partition? I am sure cPanel has the ability if we are talking about a shared server.

If not, what is the setup of the partitions/RAID and the use of the server?

Have to be careful and ensure data is backed up.

You can resize an existing partition. But you rather add another hard drive and move files.
