Litespeed rewrite rules?

I tried using Litespeed a couple of times but couldn't get my mod_rewrite rules to work on it. Do any of you know of a tool that can convert the Apache rewrite rules for htaccess to something that Litespeed will correctly use or at least a tutorial on how to convert them as that was the only issue I encountered and since the rewrite was very essential, I had to ditch LS temporarily for that project.
