Looking for Reseller Hosting

I'm looking for a Cpanel/WHM Reseller hosting company.
The company needs to be located in the United States.
The company needs to have live 24/7 Chat Support.

I am currently reselling with another company and support is great but they just can't seem to keep their servers online. Every other day it's somthing else. I didn't plan to leave them, but because of the server issues I have no choice.

I was going to switch around December last year, but I hung in there instead hoping for the better...

So now here I am again.

So please what do you have to offer?

I think it will help a lot if you state certain limitations to what you are looking for: space, bandwidth, special features, BUDGET, etc. Experience shows that without it you can get 10GB and 100GB offer for $4.95.

Cpanel/WHM Servers
United States Based Servers
At least 3 GB Space
NO OVERSELLING on the server.
No porn on any sites that share the server.
In fact preferably a hosting company that won't host porn period.

Must Support:
PHP/MySQL
GD Library
X-CART


I also had a talk to the owner of my current server company today and he's moving me to a newer server. So I'm going to stay when them for a while as well. So it looks...

This will be my 3rd active hosting account.

Right now I have two hosting accounts. The one I've been discussing and I also have the godaddy.com $7 a month plan for 100 GB of Space and 10000 GB Bandwidth. (Which is great for storage, but really sucks for features.)
