With all due respect, I think you might be setting yourself up for a let down.

The reason that all of the bad things you've mentioned about Surpass, can be a direct result of low pricing.

When a host charges prices like that, not only can they not afford to pay staff, but they tend to cheat on server specs as well, because they're unable to afford better specs.

I certainly wish you good luck however.
