What's a good merchant account to go with?

I've used a number in the past and currently use two. CDG and eOnlineData. PayPal Website Payments Pro works great also!

I use Paypal Payments Pro and Google Checkout. I have used several different gateways, and Google and Paypal seem to always be supported.

I'll continue to boycott Google as long as they continue to boycott Canada.

I've never seen any stories that explain why they haven't expanded this service - all I could find were threads of frustration.
